The 30-year-old Columbus Park pho house that Johnson County has been driving 40 minutes for. Micky Chun manages this one and her aunt and uncle own the original. Slow-simmered pho, and a drive-thru.
A $34 million rebuild of the square around the clock tower, and the Farmers' Market's permanent home. The enclosed pavilion means the market runs year-round now, winter Saturdays included, and the restrooms went from two stalls to twelve.
