Gourmet toast is the whole idea: loaded toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juice, coffee. First Kansas City location for the franchise.

Public Square
A $34 million rebuild of the square around the clock tower, and the Farmers' Market's permanent home. The enclosed pavilion means the market runs year-round now, winter Saturdays included, and the restrooms went from two stalls to twelve.
