Painter Mark Freeman opened Studio 80 downtown as a working studio and gallery you can walk into, and Charlie Hustle put its flagship in Oak Park Mall. There are 22 new shops in all, from a Barnes & Noble at Bluhawk to a bike repair shop downtown.
