The Capital Grille and Yard House are headed for the Aspiria development at 115th & Nall in late 2026, Slick City Action Park is taking the old Joann space on Metcalf, Kata Nori is putting a hand roll bar in Hawthorne Plaza, and Billie's Grocery is not due at Bluhawk until 2027. Plans slip, so treat every date here as a hope and not a promise, and we will move each one over to What's New the day it actually unlocks the doors.
